What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driving licence and a national ID card or passport. The minimum age is usually 21 with a licence held for at least one year.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required and varies by car category. It is fully returned when the car comes back in good condition.
How are booking confirmation and payment handled?
After you send your request we contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and arrange payment and pickup. Your dates stay temporarily held until confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your reference number and we will change or cancel your booking according to the cancellation terms.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes — pick up at the agency, at the airport, or at an address you choose. Enter the pickup location in the booking form and we will confirm the details.
